Hi! My name is Harley, monthly Kidz Corner column writer for this amazing newspaper. This article’s topic is God’s omnipresence. But first, check out this story.
In July, some friends and I traveled to Blue Ridge, Georgia. Near Blue Ridge is a town called McCaysville, which is located at the north border of Georgia, right at Tennessee. It has lots of shops and hilarious flocks of ducks and geese! That is also where the properly named Blue Ridge Mountains reside and where the Appalachian Trail starts and winds all the way to Maine! You can walk it in about three months if you walk really fast. In McCaysville, you can walk between Georgia and Tennessee on the state line at an intersection. Two states at once! It’s really cool, but nothing compared to what God can do. Maybe technically, legally, or whatever you like to say, rarely humans can be in two places at once, but God can be everywhere at once. Isn’t that amazing! State and country lines are just a reminder of how powerful God is. And He loves us! The omnipresent Creator of the universe loves us. Wow!
Hope you have a great September!
