Darlene Gant—Triumph Through Tragedy
Darlene Gant, cancer patient and survivor, utilized social media to gain access to a drug for compassionate use and took on the FDA and went from a hospice bed to survivor. Wife of former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Brian Gant and mother, author, and speaker will be at our church on August 26, 2013, to inspire and share her story of triumph.
Diagnosed at age 40 with stage 4 breast cancer and given less than a 12% chance of survival; she is going strong and has received world recognition for her very public struggles and advocacy work for others with cancer.
Come see and hear Darlene’s motivational story of moving forward and going from Triumph Through Tragedy. Learn her coping and survival techniques and be inspired!
The Keystone Community Church Cancer Support Group hosts Darlene Gant as their speaker. She has a new and different approach to enhance your health and the event is free.
It will be held Monday August 26, 2013 at 7:00pm at Keystone Community Church, located at 21010 State Road 54, Lutz, FL 33558. It is off of SR 54 and just West of Land O’ Lakes Blvd (Dale Mabry Hwy.).
