Did you know that United Way of Pasco County has invested over 30 million dollars that has helped provide services in Pasco County since 1982? This past year alone, United Way has funded over 50 local programs such as Sunrise of Pasco County, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind, Premiere Community Healthcare, Metropolitan Ministries Pasco, and more.
Recently, United Way collaborated with Wheels of Success, a non-profit program that awards donated used cars to select individuals in dire need of transportation. Through United Way’s Community Impact Grant, the car repairs were funded. This was celebrated with the Pasco County recipient at our Land O’ Lakes office.
This would not be possible without the generosity of corporate partners and donors who understand the value of how one donation to United Way can help so many important causes. By focusing on the building blocks for a good quality of life—education, health, and financial stability—United Way of Pasco County is strengthening our community.
