Certified Reflexologist and Reiki Master
Have you thought about doing a liver detox or looked for ways to support your liver health?
Please keep the following points in mind regarding how reflexology helps you with improved liver function and detoxifying your body:
• One of the liver’s main jobs is filtering toxins from entering the rest of the body (though it has many other important functions too – it’s a workhorse organ with over 500 vital functions).
• When facing ongoing and regular stress, our bodies’ detoxification process is often neglected and does not do its job at full capacity.
• Increased blood flow (which happens during a reflexology session) helps organs detox and enables the lymphatic system to return to working as it should.
During a reflexology session, not only is your body able to move out of the fight-or-flight mode, which allows the organs to get the blood flow and resources to work as they should, but we’re also stimulating the reflexes of these organs, helping your body to release and let go of stored toxins.
And let’s not forget about the importance of drinking water, which helps flush these toxins out of our bodies. It’s always important to get enough water, but even more important after your reflexology session, or after massage or acupuncture, etc., to help release those stored toxins that are ready to be flushed out of the body.
Let’s get your liver stimulated! Call or text me at (813) 965-1697 to schedule a session now, because with our winter residents coming back, my openings are filling up fast.
Health and Blessings to you,
