Odessa Soccer Club is set to kick off its Spring Season on March 25. The club completed its inaugural season last December, and a League Champion was crowned.
League Director Young continues, “Our club has a recipe for having fun. We teach our players in order to have fun, they must do three things: play their best, pay attention, and obey their coaches, referees, teachers, and parents, etc. This is where success in our club transfers to what is valuable for the players’ futures. We call it Pay-Play-Obey!”
Odessa Soccer Club’s Spring Season will offer two co-ed age divisions: 6-8 and 9-11. Teams will play a seven-game season, ending with a championship tournament on the last Saturday of the season, May 20. The league will not play on Saturday, April 15 in observance of Easter weekend. All Saturday games and practices are held at 18105 Gunn Highway, Odessa, FL.
Odessa Soccer Club teams will practice on Saturday mornings before their games.
According to Mr. Young, “Families very much appreciate not being required to practice during the week so theY can spend time together, and students can focus on school work.”
Mr. Young stated, “boys and girls who experience a competitive season at Odessa Soccer Club will aspire to improve, and it will carry over to every aspect of their life.”
