This month’s dance award goes to DJ Willie Matos for his dedication to music and for his service to our country on 9-11 and beyond as a former detective of the NYPD. Thank you for your consistent and continued service to our dance community. I have had the pleasure of working with DJ Willie at Diversity Events in the past and he is a true professional. Working with him for many years serving our veterans at the VA home was a wonderful privilege and this award is well deserved.
