Saturday, Feb. 23 is sure to be a busy but funfilled day in Pasco County with two community events to support Gulfside Hospice patients. The organization’s 7th annual Hittin’ the Road for Hospice is scheduled to tour the county that morning, and then Main Street Zephyrhills will be rocking all night long with the Paulie Palooza music festival. Two events in one day, both raising money to support Gulfside Hospice.
WHAT: Hittin’ the Road for Hospice
WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 23 from 9am to 2pm
WHERE: Starting at Harley-Davidson of New Port Richey, and ending at the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Zephyrhills
WHY: To raise money for hospice patients and bereavement services for Pasco County residents through Gulfside Hospice
HOW: Registration for bikers and passengers is open at www.HittinTheRoadForHospice.org Just down the street, the 8th annual Paulie Palooza music festival will start at noon and rock until 9pm on Main Street in Zephyrhills, featuring live music, vendors, auction items and a “wet zone” in partnership with the street’s local brewery and bars.
